Restaurant Supervisor
37.5 hours a week, 5 over 7, early and late shifts

The successful candidate must possess excellent customer service and computer skills, show a great attention to detail, communicate at all levels and be a team player. A flexible, reliable and committed approach to work is essential, as is previous experience of supervising a team in a food and beverage environment.

Duties include:
Managing a shift/team
Ensuring the whole team provides second to none customer service
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and quality in the restaurant all times
Deputising for the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager
