imago has a choice of three superb venues for evening receptions - BURLEIGH COURT, HOLYWELL PARK and GRACE DIEU.

Our award wining chef's have put together a choice of two gourmet buffets for your dining pleasure - The BRADGATE BUFFET or THE LINFORD BUFFET. (Please cater for a minimum of 75% of your evening guests).

The Bradgate

• Coronation chicken - diced chicken and apricot salad, with a curry flavoured mayonnaise and toasted almonds
• Freshly cut traditional sandwiches, filled with meats, fish, cheese (v)
• Vegetarian options and mixed leaf salad
• Grilled bruschetta, topped with spicy tomato salsa and mozzarella cheese (v)
• A selection of mixed quiche slices (v)
• Mini spring vegetable rolls, filled with a selection of vegetables and beansprouts with a sweet and sour sauce (v)
• Corn tortilla chips with guacamole, salsa, sour cream and jalapeno peppers
• Wraps - a selection of vegetarian, meat and crispy salad filled tortilla wraps
• Fresh fruit platter - sliced pineapple, melon, orange, pink grapefruit and kiwi coated with a spiced sugar syrup
• A rich chocolate cheesecake laced with Jamaican rum topped with cocoa and decorated with fresh cream

The Linford

• Cajun chicken bites - skewered chicken seasoned with cajun spices served with a barbeque sauce
• Freshly cut traditional sandwiches, filled with meats, fish, cheese (v)
• Vegetarian options and mixed leaf salad
• Ploughman's pie - deep crust pie layered with seasoned pork, spicy pickle and Red Leicester cheese
• A selection of mixed quiche slices (v)
• Cheese straws (v)
• Mini roasted vegetable brouchettes served with a hot salsa sauce (v)
• Thai vegetable dim sum - mini Thai style pastries filled with vegetable and Thai spices served with a soy dipping sauce (v)
• Strawberry gateâux with fresh cream
